Mr Brent Eichman was very friendly and knowledgeable. As well as helpful with suggestions for my plans of what I would like to do to the trailer. Each time he found a flaw with anything, he would point it out calmly and explain in depth. My wife was asking so much questions, I thought he would get annoyed. LOL. With his years of experience, I guess he is used to that. Regardless, he answered all of them respectfully. He pointed out a fire hazard in our fuse box and informed us to have it fixed ASAP. Thank goodness I had it done. Otherwise this might have cause a serious incident, putting our lives at risk. He also found that our roof was on its last legs. A possible 8 -12,000 $ repair headache. All in all. Thank you Mr Eichman for your professionalism in this inspection. Due to this I have avoided a purchasing problem.
